Since our first enquiry with Soudax over the ball tacking process they have been very responsive to all questions regarding the process. A trial period of two weeks helped gain a understanding of the process and test suitability for our products. The sales manager visited during the trial period to explain best practices to get the best results out of the process. For our products this process will reduce build time, reduce scrap and provide suitable fixturing for the vacuum brazing process.

We have purchased a Soudax system approx. 1 year ago and till now we are absolutely satisfied. The customer support is excellent. We always get a feedback in few hours, max 1 day. The machine works smoothly and our operators could learn in short time to deal with the software since it is quite intuitive. Among the different brazing processes, in 1 year we could find 2 applications, where we have been successful mainly thanks to the use of ball tack welding. I doubt that other fixation methods would have led us to a successful brazed joint.
